Administrative Assistant

 

Cornerstone Properties Ltd. has an opening for an Administrative Assistant.  The successful candidate must be a team player with good common sense, excellent time management skills, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.  We require an energetic, motivated individual with the ability to perform tasks independently, remain positive and calm in a very busy environment and who demonstrates strong work ethics.  Applicants will exude a “can do” attitude in all undertakings and be receptive to change and challenges.

 

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, business computer experience, proactive customer service skills, utilizing a multi-phone reception desk, and being able to multi-task and meet deadlines are essential qualities for this position.  This position may require periodic trips out of the office to complete administrative errands, therefore a vehicle is an asset to your application.

 

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
