RESIDENT CARETAKER WANTED
Salary is approximately $1450/month and is negotiable. This includes the rent for the caretaker's suite which is a spacious one bedroom suite with ocean view. Primary responsiblities include keeping the building and surrounds clean as well as lawn and garden maintenance. Work expectations are described by season. Hours of work are flexible.
