Jason Middleton, CPRPM is the current President and Owner of Cornerstone Properties Ltd. He is a graduate of the Property Management Certificate Program, is the Managing Broker for Cornerstone Properties Ltd. and is a Director on the Board of the Rental Owners and Managers Society of BC (ROMS). Cornerstone Properties Ltd. is also a member of the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) and the Strata Property Agents Association (SPA).
Our Property Management Division includes ten Property Managers licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of BC who have acquired designations such as CPRPM (Certified Professional Residential Property Manager), BA (Bachelor of Arts) and LLB (Bachelor of Law). They have come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds such as general contractor, project manager, police force, bookkeeping and real estate sales, and thus are well qualified to care for all aspects of your property. Teamwork and the combination of their assorted areas of expertise have proven to be invaluable in overcoming property management problems.
The Property Management Division is supported by an administrative team, led by a Supervisor who has been involved in property management since 1999.
The Accounting Department is comprised of a team of seven, including a Manager who began her accounting career in 1984 and is well versed in all aspects of property management. Together, they ensure that receivables and payables are processed in a timely fashion. In addition, they prepare financial statements that are provided on a monthly basis to all of our clients. Our trust accounts are audited on an annual basis, as set out under the Real Estate Services Act (British Columbia).
The Maintenance Division is composed of a team of qualified technicians who are well versed in all aspects of building repairs and maintenance. They are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week to handle emergencies, in addition to performing routine repairs on a time and material basis during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The newest addition to the family is the Real Estate Division, which currently has fourteen licensed Realtors and two branches.
